Highlight of a successful HHG Management Project
When we acquired management of Stover’s Residential Care Facility in mid-Q3 of 2022 from its sole proprietor, we aimed to achieve the highest value potential possible for a facility of its size. We focused our efforts on top-line revenue as the main theme of our turnaround.
During our second fiscal year operating the facility (Sept. 1, 2023 – Aug. 31, 2024), the facility’s top line reached $472,147.88: a whopping 63% increase in gross income.
